Syllabus for the CAT Exam . CAT 2015 Syllabus – CAT 2015 was conducted by IIM Ahmedabad for the academic year 2016-18 on Sunday, November 29, 2015. CMA Bhawan, 3, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. The candidates are required to analyse the problem and apply logic to reach a solution, there is no exact correct or incorrect answer in this section.

Candidates appearing for the final year of graduation degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if she/he submits a certificate latest by June 30, 2017 from the Principal/Registrar of her/his College/Institute.. Questions in this sections are dynamically selected as you take the test.

subsidiary level Mathematics while the remaining questions will be to test the ability of the candidate in logical reasoning based on pictures, geometrical figures, patterns of words, Number Sequence, Set Theory, Logic decoding etc.

Duration of the examination will be 180 minutes. Some questions in each section (Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Verbal and Reading Comprehension) may not be of multiple choice type.

Practice comprehensions from sample papers, previous year papers, study material from coaching classes, etc. Make Mock tests your habit, get used to them

. At the test venue, each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal and he/she will be provided with a scratch paper for calculations. Latest Exam Pattern:- In CAT 2015, there is  a two day test window with four test slots & more number of questions.

It is computer based test, On the basis of score acquired in CAT exam, candidates are called for admissions in management programs.. Though the syllabus for CAT has never been defined officially, we will try here to address the problem and evolve an answer based on our experience with the test so far
